Compliance Management Plan

The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit program regulates stormwater discharges from three activity sources: Construction, Industrial and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s). The EPA requires each activity to have a site – specific compliance management plan, frequently called a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP, SWMP, SWP3).

E2RC has an exceptional understanding of the federal NPDES requirements and local and state erosion and sediment control (E&SC) regulations. Each stormwater management plan is unique to the project and location we aim to protect. Each plan is designed, reviewed, and stamped by certified professional engineers with CPSWQ and CPMSM certification, and supported by over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.

Sediment and Erosion Controls

Less is more when designing effective and performance – based erosion and sediment control plans. E2RC approaches each project with the intent to minimize stormwater pollution and discharge to the maximum extent practicable while providing cost – effective options for project owners and operators.

Our staff maintains extensive hydrologic and hydraulic design experience with a proven track record obtaining local, state and federal erosion and sediment control permits and approvals.
